Be2Good USA Inc., d/b/a AZLAN Cosmetics ("AZLAN," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit azlancosmetics.com, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us. It also serves as a Notice at Collection for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

  • Shopify Inc. - e-commerce platform, hosting, and analytics
  • Stripe and Shop Pay - payment processing
  • ShipMonk - third-party logistics provider (warehousing, pick/pack, fulfillment)
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) - delivery
  • Google Fonts - webfont delivery
  • Email service providers - transactional and marketing email (where applicable)
  • TikTok (operated by ByteDance) - advertising pixel and conversion tracking, including Automatic Advanced Matching using hashed identifiers (email, phone, name, postal address)

We may add additional analytics or marketing service providers (such as Meta, Google Ads, or Klaviyo) in the future, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We do share limited information (such as hashed identifiers, pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchases) with our advertising partners, currently TikTok, for cross-context behavioral advertising and ad performance measurement. California residents may opt out as described in Section 6.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (cart, login, checkout) and to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit site functionality.

We also use third-party advertising cookies and pixels, including the TikTok Pixel, to measure ad performance, optimize campaigns, and build audiences for future ads. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission and verification of identity.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. You can always opt out by email as described below.

Notice of Financial Incentive

We offer 10% off your first order when you subscribe to our email list. When you sign up, we collect your email address and use it to send you marketing emails about our products, launches and offers. We estimate the value of your email address based on the cost of the discount we provide, which is reasonably related to the value of your data to our marketing. Joining is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails or by emailing info@azlancosmetics.com, and you keep any discount you already received.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website and products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@azlancosmetics.com and we will delete it.
