These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of azlancosmetics.com and the purchase of products from Be2Good USA Inc., a Florida Profit Corporation d/b/a AZLAN Cosmetics ("AZLAN," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make purchases. By placing an order you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are buying for personal, non-commercial use only.
Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order, and may refuse, modify, or cancel any order that appears to involve fraud, diversion, resale, pricing errors, or a breach of these Terms. We may request additional verification before shipment.
AZLAN products are premium cosmetic skincare oils for external use only. Individual results may vary.
Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Taxes, duties, shipping, and handling fees are additional unless stated. By submitting payment you authorize us or our processor to charge the full order amount, applicable taxes, and fees.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your card was charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only when we send an order confirmation and capture payment. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the goods. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping options, costs, processing times, delivery estimates, and supported destinations are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns only when products are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging, requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Full conditions are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To initiate a return, contact info@azlancosmetics.com. AZLAN Cosmetics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer; we recommend shipping to a secure address and will assist with carrier investigation if your package is lost in transit.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Promotions and gifts with purchase may change or end without notice and may be limited by quantity or time. Additional terms may apply and will control if they conflict with these Terms.
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant AZLAN a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media for any lawful purpose, including marketing.
You confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights to grant this license, that your content is accurate and lawful, and you agree to disclose any material connection to AZLAN (such as receiving free product). We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZLAN, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or in connection with the services or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AZLAN and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your misuse of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You must allow 60 days to attempt informal resolution.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and AZLAN agree that any claim arising from these Terms or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the Federal Arbitration Act governing. The seat and venue will be Miami-Dade County, Florida; proceedings may be remote by agreement.
You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property matters.
You may opt out of this arbitration section within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing info@azlancosmetics.com with your full name, address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. For claims not subject to arbitration, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the services after a revision means you accept the changes.
